Hamir Patel takes traditional Indian recipes and meshes them with tastes from around the world. He was our first ever Taste Test audition and came back for a second audition during Restaurant Week 2017 to secure his place as our first ever pop up restaurant chef.
Infusion will pop up for 3 months at a time in our Pop Up Restaurant space at 105 S. Duke St. in the Royal Square Neighborhood.
